Bridal, Bridesmaid, Flowergirl, Prom, and all other dresses

Order Changes and Cancellations
Because of the nature of this business, dresses in many cases are special ordered
from the manufacturer. We process orders as they are received so that you receive
your order as quickly as possible. We are unable to cancel or change orders with
the manufacturer and must accept delivery of special orders; therefore, if you choose
to cancel a bridal gown, prom/evening dress or flowergirl dress order any time after
you submit it, you will incur a cancellation fee of 25% or $50.00, whichever is
greater. Bridesmaid dresses are made to order in the requested size and color. Since
we are unable to return them to the manufacturer or resell them, we are unable to
cancel or change these orders. Bridesmaid dresses are final sale items.

Defective or Damaged Dresses
We inspect every gown for defects or damage before it is shipped to the customer.d
We do not have our bridal gowns drop shipped directly to the customer for this reason.
If you notice damage or defect in your gown, you must notify us within 2 days of
delivery. We must receive the item back in our store within 5 days after the RMA
has been issued. We will then have you return the item to be inspected by one of
our staff members. If we find that the item is damaged or defective, we will have
new merchandise sent out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the item
is not damaged in any way, or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped
back to you. We will pay the shipping charges on items we deem to be damaged or
defective. We will not pay shipping or insurance if we find there is nothing wrong
with the item.

Bridal Gown, Flowergirl and Prom/Evening Dress Exchanges
Any customer may exchange a gown ONE TIME ONLY for a minimal service charge of 10%
or $25.00 (whichever is greater) of the regular price of the dress. Custom or special
length orders cannot be cancelled or modified with the manufacturer. The following
gowns and dresses are final sale and may not be returned for exchange or refund:
Any custom or special length bridal gown, Tony Bowls Collection pageant gowns, all
clearance, specials, and discontinued gowns and dresses.
- You must contact us within 2 calendar days of the gown being delivered to you to
receive an exchange authorization number. Please contact us via live chat or email
to request a exchange authorization.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. It is recommened
that the product be sent back via a method that has tracking information and insurance.
We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that are damaged while in transit
back to our store.
- We must receive the item within 5 days issuing the exchange authorization.
- When we receive the gown, we will issue an in-store credit. The amount of the credit
will be the original total paid, less the service charge mentioned above, less any
amount we incurred for shipping the item to you. The credit may be used for anything
on our web site. The store credit must be used within 6 months or it is forfeit.
We will only offer this option ONE SINGLE TIME per customer. Any additional exchanges
will incur the service charge mentioned in the REFUND section below.
- All price match items are final sale. No credit or exchanges can be issued.

Bridal Gown, Flowergirl and Prom/Evening Dress Refunds
You may return the gown for a refund back to your credit card or original payment
type. Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to return gowns to the manufacturer.
Therefore, all gowns that are returned for a refund will be charged a restocking
fee of 25% or $50.00, whichever is greater. The following gowns and dresses are
final sale and may not be returned for exchange or refund: Tony Bowls Collection
pageant gowns, all clearance, specials, and discontinued gowns and dresses.
- You must contact us within 2 days of the gown being delivered to you to receive
a return authorization number. The dress must be shipped back to us the day before
the wear date you indicate on the order form. Please contact us via live chat or
email to request a return authorization.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. It is recommened
that the product be sent back via a method that has tracking information and insurance.
We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that are damaged while in transit
back to our store.
- We must receive the item within 5 days of issuing the exchange authorization. The
amount of the credit will be the web page price of the item less the restocking
fee mentioned above plus the shipping charges incurred by us to ship the dress to
you. The credit will be issued to your original payment type. Please allow 15 days
from the day the item is received in our store for the processing of the refund.
- All price match items are final sale. No credit or exchanges can be issued.

Bridesmaid Dresses
All bridesmaid dresses are made to order in the requested size and color. Since
we are unable to return them to the manufacturer or resell them, we are unable to
accept returns other than damaged or defective items. Bridesmaid dresses are final
sale items.

Shoe Return Policies
- Shoes may be returned for EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. They must be in brand
new, unworn condition.
- You must contact us within 2 days of the shoes being delivered to you to receive
an exchange authorization number. You may contact us by email or live chat. Return
authorizations will not be issued over the phone.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We must receive the item within 5 days of issuing the exchange authorization. When
we receive the shoes, we will issue an in-store credit. The amount of the credit
will be the original total paid less the original shipping charge for the shoes.
Customer is responsible for the shipping amount of new item(s). The credit may be
used for anything on our web site. Any credit will be good for SIX MONTHS. Any credit
that is not used within six months will be forfeit.

Refused or Undeliverable Dresses
Will incur the restocking fee of 25% or $50.00 (whichever is greater) plus shipping.

Final Sale Items

- All price match items.
- All bridesmaid dresses
- All dresses in the Tony Bowls Pageant category are not returnable. All other dresses
from Tony Bowls are subject to the normal return policy.
